Supergiant Games is putting the finishing touches on Transistor, and has announced a release date for the game. Transistor will launch on the PlayStation 4 and PC on May 20th.
This weekend at PAX East, the developers say that a “near-final build of the game running on the PlayStation 4” will be available for play.
The colorful action-RPG is a unique game in that it combines free movement and real-time strategy elements. While players are free to move around the world, when encountering enemies players can queue sequences of attacks against enemies.
We got a chance to get some hands-on time with Transistor back at E3 2014, and came away impressed.
