Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection Special Edition Revealed

It was no surprise at all when Sony announced Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection back in June after a leak the day prior. With Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End being delayed to 2016, it just made sense to remaster the previous three games and now a special edition for Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection has been revealed.

As announced through the official PlayStation Europe blog, the Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection Special Edition will be coming this October alongside the regular game.

This special edition will come clad in a gorgeous steelbook with a number of stickers. The big selling point for this however is the 48 page The Art of Uncharted Trilogy artbook, which is something I know many collectors will have to have in their collection.

The only bad news is that this collector’s edition so far is only announced for Europe, Australia, and New Zealand based on this blog, that it is very possible we could see the PlayStation US blog reveal it later today with Europe being ahead of us time wise. With this not being all that involving of a special edition, it would be hard to see the US not getting something at least comparable.

Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection will release in Europe on October 7 and then two days later in the US on October 9.
