Update: It looks like signing in should no longer be a problem.

If you are wanting to play some video games on Valentine’s Day, you are out of luck if you have an Xbox One. Xbox Live appears to be down for many people right now.

The Xbox Support Twitter page tweeted out: “Our teams are investigating Social and Gaming issues on Xbox One” If you visit the Xbox Live Status page, you can see that signing in is hard to do on Xbox One and Xbox on Windows 10.

The following message was also posted: “Are you having a tough time signing in to Xbox Live? We’re aware of the issue and we’re working hard to fix things as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience! We’ll provide an update for you as soon as we have more information.”

Signing in seems to be the main problem affecting Xbox One gamers which is annoying because you cannot really do anything without signing into your account first.

It is a bit ironic that this is happening on Valentine’s Day for people in the United States, so this means you are forced to spend time with your partner instead of playing video games by yourself. If you are single, this is just bad news all around.
