Day One of E3 2017 is in the books and we can say that Nintendo seems to be continuing their hot streak with both a solid press conference stream ahead of the show and games for the Nintendo Switch on the floor of E3 that impressed. Â Showstoppers for Nintendo’s Press Conference included the announement of a new Metroid Prime Game, and the reveal that a completely new Pokemon title would be arriving on the console.
Kyle soldiered through the massive E3 wasteland to get hands-on with Mario Odyssey and Mario+Rabbids to come away impressed with both games that will continue to bolster the Nintendo Switch library.
Heading over to the Sony booth, he got a closer look at Days Gone getting to see alternative settings, dynamic weather and time changes for the game and came away impressed by Sony Bend’s upcoming zombie title. Â That plus impressions on Gran Turismo Sport, Gran Turismo Sport in PSVR, Detroit Become Human and a handful of other PlayStation games can be found in our discussion of Day One for E3 2017 Podcast.
Keep following Attack of the Fanboy for more news and impressions throughout the show as well talk Call of Duty, Destiny, Bethesda, and other games as the week goes on.
