Black Ops Escalation DLC Maps Revealed in Video

On May 3rd Call of Duty: Black Ops will get its second helping of downloadable content when Treyarch releases Escalation for the Xbox 360.  The map pack will be very similar to the first as far as content goes.  You’ll get four new multiplayer maps and one new zombies map in the DLC.  “Convoy” features close quarters combat at the scene of an American convoy that has been ambushed.  The “Hotel” is set in a plush Cuban hotel and casino in Havana.  “Stockpile” set in Russia and continuing with the Cold War theme, the map is centered around a farm housing a secret weapons production facility.  The “Zoo” will take you to a Russian zoo that has been abandoned for some time.

The zombies map which was mentioned but not explained is titled “Call of the Dead”, Treyarch promises more details incoming on the map pack in the coming days.  The Call of Duty: Black Ops Escalation Map Pack will be available first on Xbox 360 beginning on May 3rd for 1200 Microsoft Points.  The map pack will then follow on the PS3 and PC version of the game at an unannounced date.
