It has been confirmed today that the Uncharted 3 Multiplayer Beta will begin on June 28th. The June 28th beta date will be for PlayStation Plus subscribers and purchasers of inFamous 2, everyone else will have to wait until the beta goes live for all on July 5th. There will be plenty of new features in Uncharted 3 that will need testing. It was also announced that the game will incorporate social media interactivity that allows players to message their Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube friends as well as a service called “Uncharted TV”. The Uncharted TV feature will include things like a “Plays of the Week” and “Cinema” mode.
The game is also said to incorporate a buddy system. The buddy system will allow you to team up with other players on the PSN for extra bonuses, and perks that include cash and weapons.
Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception is scheduled for a November release, exclusively on the PlayStation 3.
