Destiny is about to start its very first major public timed-event, The Queen’s Wrath. We have the details on the Legendary weapons and items you can pick up from missions and the Queen’s Emissary vendor at the Tower. All of this gear appears to be exclusive to this event so make sure you get it while you can.

Update: Now that Queen’s Wrath is out and we were able to spend some time with it, we can confirm that it opens a new part of the Tower and the vendor is located there, just north of the bounty board. The bounty board is where all the Queen’s Wrath centered bounties will be, both PVE and PVP. Once you hand in one bounty you are eligible to partake in the Queen’s Wrath Kill Order Story Challenge missions which is next to other daily and weekly game types on your map.
It puts you in a random mission and puts an Epic modifer on (not just a Heroic one) and the enemies are level 24. If you manage to complete it you will be rewarded with a legendary drop exclusive to this event. It seems that most of the drops are armor based. They seem to be just as powerful as other Legendary armor purchased through vendors except for their abilities within their skill-trees and that they are timed with event. These can be completed once for every Queen’s Wrath bounty you complete.
