Bandai Namco Teases New Project With Slogan ‘Prepare To Dine’

Bandai Namco is teasing something new, but with a somewhat familiar slogan that they’ve used in the past.  Their getting ready to unveil a new game on April 20th using the slogan “Prepare to Dine.”  Somewhat similar to the one they used with the Souls’ games in “Prepare to Die.”

There’s not to the short trailer, other than it’s looking perhaps vampire related.  The tagline makes you want to think that perhaps this is a new game from From Software.  If not, that’s pretty low to ride in on their coat tails.  The trailer does have the distinct “taste” of something From Software would make.

You’ve got a bonfire and a big bad, what more do you need?  Following the release of The Ringed City downloadable content for Dark Souls 3, Miyazaki said that From Software was moving on from the Souls series to a new project so this probably isn’t Dark Souls 4 if it is in fact a From Software title.

I guess we’ll find out on April 20th.
