Last month saw the release of Dragon Age: Inquisition‘s first expansion, Jaws of Hakkon, but its debut was limited to the Xbox One and PC. We previously reported that the PS4 and last-gen counterparts would see the content at some point in May, leaving many Dragon Age fans upset over the timed exclusivity. We now have a specific date, thanks to an updated product listing.
Taking a trip over to GameStop and searching “Jaws of Hakkon” now shows that the three versions will become available on May 26th, putting their debut two months after the DLC graced Microsoft’s other platforms. If you haven’t followed news on the add-on in a while, or have simply forgotten, the new adventure will cost you $14.99.
What’s it all about, you ask? Jaws of Hakkon takes the Inquisition to an unfamiliar area of Thedas known as Frostback Basin, wherein an old threat has reemerged, to follow the trail of the previous Inquisitor’s mysterious disappearance. Oh, and there’s a bunch of new legendary loot awaiting those that go along for the ride. That about sums it up. If you’re looking to find out a bit more about the game, check out our review of the downloadable content and decide if its worth the price of admission for yourself.
