The Dark Brotherhood Confirmed for Skyrim
News out of Quake Con has Todd Howard confirming The Dark Brotherhood in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Details on how exactly this fan favorite guild of assassin’s will play into the story of TESV was not explained by the game’s director. The brotherhood who split from the Morag Tong in Morrowind have been a favorite of fans for quite some time.
When a player kills an innocent in an Elder Scrolls game a message will be displayed that says “Your Killing has been observed by forces unknown”. That unknown force is The Dark Brotherhood and they will invite you to do quests to begin your initiation into the order.
