Uncharted 3 will be following suit with many of this fall’s biggest releases and offering a season pass-like offering called “The Fortune Hunters’ Club”. Â It’s a DLC pre-ordering scheme much like the one offered in Gears of War 3 where you’ll pre-purchase all of the available content up front. Â Of course, you’ll also be getting a substantial discount on the content to the tune of 45%.
The Fortune Hunters’ Club program will get you the first four multiplayer map packs and the first three multiplayer skin packs, with the first bout of content heading out in November. Â The club membership will run you $24.99, and it also includes an exclusive theme for the XMB.
The content is valued at $45 by Sony, so if you are planning on picking up all that Naughty Dog has to offer this holiday season, it might be in your best interest to go ahead and pre-purchase for the discount. Â The Fortune Hunters’ Club content can be purchased right now on the PlayStation Store, and at select retailers.
