2K Games had to pull the WWE 2K16 Future Stars DLC pack last month due to the problems it caused in the Universe mode. Now 2K Games has brought it back online for you to purchase.
2K Games announced on its official Facebook page that the WWE 2K16 Future Stars DLC pack is now back up via the Xbox digital stores. This includes both the the Xbox One and Xbox 360 Marketplaces. The DLC is also now available on the PSN for PS4 and PS3 gamers.
In related news, update patch 1.05 is now live for Xbox One and Xbox 360 as it was previously out for PS4 and PS3. The new update went live yesterday and fixes the issue that was caused by the Future Stars DLC. If you downloaded the DLC, the save data for the Universe mode won’t be affected by it anymore.
It is a rare occurrence that a particular DLC ruins the save data for a game mode. Nevertheless, WWE 2K16 owners don’t have to worry about that weird glitch anymore as everything seems to have been fixed. The next DLC for the game is the “Hall of Fame” showcase mode so hopefully that releases without any problems.
The aforementioned “Hall of Fame” showcase should be out before WrestleMania 32 and it is the last DLC to be out for the game. After that, 2K Games will concentrating heavily on WWE 2K17 which has already started production.
