Tiger Woods flipping his Range Rover in a recent car crash has once again shaken the audience and those who care about him. The athlete facing multiple charges, including DUI, is indeed alarming, but it’s his third crash in a while that has come under scrutiny. As a result, Woods’ ex-wife is showing concerns for him.
The golf pro is currently dating Donald Trump Jr.’s ex-wife, Vanessa Trump, and following the crash, he is already facing relationship issues. While that’s a different story, his ex-wife Elin Nordegren has recently shed light on the matter. As per People, the sources say, “The kids are close with Tiger, so of course Elin cares too.”
Nordegren worries about her ex-husband, as they have two kids together. Since it’s yet another accident for the golfer, Elin doesn’t want him to get into further trouble. The source further weighs into the similar idea, saying, “She wants him to be well. Both kids are great and love spending time with their dad. Elin’s concerned that he had another car crash and got arrested.”

Apart from the worries about the children, Elin Nordegren didn’t mention anything further that suggests she cares about anything other than Tiger being there for the kids. Their marriage dates back to October 2004, following an engagement that happened in 2003. They shared two kids together, Sam Alexis Woods (18) and Charlie Axel Woods (17). Their marriage lasted about six years, until 2010, when the couple decided to part ways through divorce.
Since then, both parents share custody of the children and have been seen being there for them together at school and sporting events. Despite the golfer’s intense public life, Woods is known as a devoted father. He has been emotionally there for her daughter, Sam, even after his divorce. Tiger Woods has also been quite supportive of their achievements, attending his daughter’s tournaments and also playing in the PNC Championship together with his son, Charlie.
Tiger Woods has been involved in several crashes starting from 2009, when he hit a fire hydrant in Florida, clipped into the car, and then crashed into the neighbor’s tree yard. This ended up in minor injuries until the 2021 Los Angeles crash, which caused open fractures in his right leg and a badly shattered ankle. Coming back to the current accident, the golf legend rammed into a pickup trailer, causing his SUV to roll near his house in Florida.
Although this accident could have been more fatal, Tiger Woods is fortunate to have survived, suggesting that Elin’s concerns are fair. Despite the divorce, both parents seem to be giving their best to be there for their children. While Woods is not out there making accidents on purpose, he should definitely rethink this entire situation after coming across his ex-wife’s words.
