GTA Online Cheats Patched, new methods discovered

Now that Rockstar has connection issues with GTA Online mostly fixed, the developers are moving on to other issues in the game.  Namely, patching exploits and cheats that made leveling up in GTA Online a lot easier.  The most recent patch for the game takes aim at farming exploits, as well as other issues.

Those who’ve been keeping an eye on the best methods to earn cash and experience in GTA Online likely had heard about the duplicate resell glitches for vehicles, that allowed unlimited farming of cash.  Other methods to rank and earn quickly was to replay specific high-value missions and just keep playing them over and over.

While the resell glitch has been fixed in patch 1.04, Rockstar has also slashed the experience and cash earned from completing a mission for a second time.   Rockstar says that they are going to be “agressively tuning GTA Online” going forward, so stay tuned.   However, GTA Online players are still discovering new methods to earn money by quickly in GTA Online after the patch.  Numerous YouTube videos have surfaced since the patch was released, like the one below.

The most recent patch notes for GTA Online can be found over on the Rockstar Newswire.    Rockstar also confirmed that they are aiming to give GTA Online players their first deposit of $250,000 in all GTA V accounts “Early next week once we’ve confirmed that any remaining game progress issues have been fixed for the community.”
