Retailers all over the world offer little preorder gifts for certain video game releases. As of late, most of these preorders comes in form of DLC which is a bit of a bummer for someone like me. I miss the days of the originality and oddity of what a retailer would offer if you chose to preorder the game from their shop. Best Buy is taking a neat interesting preorder gift for when Mario Kart 8 launches. Preorder the game and receive a gas card.
Gas isn’t cheap by any means. The days of gas being below $3 is long gone for most of us and that can hurt when making a trip to pick up the latest video game title. Best Buy is offering a preorder bonus for Mario Kart 8. Those who preorder the game from one of the Best Buy locations or online, will be receiving a free $10 coupon for gas.
The coupon will come in form of a code on the receipt which can then be used on any United States gas station that accepts MasterCard. If you preorder the game online then you should receive the code within 24 hours of the video games release. As of right now, Mario Kart 8 is set to release on the Nintendo Wii U this May 30th worldwide.
