GTA Online ‘Friends In High Places’ Double Reward Week-Long Event Kicks Off

Rockstar Games kicked off a new event Friday to give GTA Online players a chance to rack up GTA$ and RP for a week. The Friends in High Places week is live now and grants bonus rewards to players for completing missions in Grand Theft Auto 5’s multiplayer mode handed out by certain characters.

GTA Online players will receive contact missions to complete from different characters each day through Wednesday, February 24. Completing these missions will give double the amount of GTA$ and RP. Additionally, all contact missions will give double rewards on Thursday, February 25.

Here is the schedule of contacts for each day over the next week.

• Friday Feb 19: Double GTA$ & RP on all of Simeon’s Contact Missions plus Double GTA$ on Simeon’s Import/Export requests
• Saturday Feb 20: Double GTA$ & RP on all of Ron’s Contact Missions plus 50% off all Blazers
• Sunday Feb 21: Double GTA$ & RP on all of Trevor’s Contact Missions plus 50% off Jerry Cans
• Monday Feb 22: Double GTA$ & RP on all of Martin’s Contact Missions plus 10% off Stilt Houses
• Tuesday Feb 23: Double GTA$ & RP on all of Lester’s Contact Missions plus 25% off Lester Services
• Wednesday Feb 24: Double GTA$ & RP on all of Gerald’s Contact Missions plus 50% off Micro SMGs and Machine Pistols
• Thursday: Double GTA$ & RP on all Contact Missions in GTA Online

Those in need of ammo and other gear in GTA Online can also take advantage of a sale at Ammu-Nation running through the event. Rifle Ammo and Body Armor is 50 percent off while Grenades and Sticky bombs are 25 percent off.
