Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom released for PlayStation 4 late last year, though it will finally be making its way to Xbox One and PC this March. While Xbox One players won’t have to worry about whether or not they’ll be able to run it, that’s always something that is on PC players’ minds and now the system requirements for the PC version have been revealed.

Unsurprisingly, the game is not very demanding and should run fine even if you’re running the game on hardware that hasn’t been updated in a while. The game was originally a PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 game, so we’re not dealing with anything that’s going to be pushing current hardware to its limits. The following are the minimum and recommended specs:

MINIMUM:

  • OS: Windows® 7 SP1 / Windows® 8.1
  • Processor: Intel® Coreâ„¢ 2 Duo 2.4 GHz, or better
  • Memory: 2 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX260, or better
  • DirectX: Version 9.0c
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 16 GB available space
  • Sound Card: DirectSound compatible (must support DirectX 9.0c or higher)
  • Additional Notes: Genuine Xbox 360 PC compatible controller recommended.

RECOMMENDED:

  • OS: Windows® 7 SP1 / Windows® 8.1
  • Processor: Intel® Coreâ„¢ 2 Quad 2.7 GHz, or better
  • Memory: 4 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 560, or better
  • DirectX: Version 9.0c
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 16 GB available space
  • Sound Card: DirectSound compatible (must support DirectX 9.0c or higher)
  • Additional Notes: Genuine Xbox 360 PC compatible controller recommended.

We reviewed the PlayStation 4 version of the game last year, and we had a pretty good time with it. We noted that “The single player content is still lacking and the netcode is pretty shoddy, but an impressive character lineup and the number of costumes included in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 for a bargain price is just the recipe to whet your appetite while you wait for the upcoming fourth entry in the series.”

Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 will launch for Xbox One and PC on March 7th.
