Episode 3 Recap

Fohl and Atla were resting after the former had a fierce fight in the arena when Naofumi arrived to speak with them. The hero agreed to heal the younger sister in exchange for Fohl’s loyalty to him. The boy accepted without hesitation, elated to see his sister free from the suffering he had to endure for so long.

Naofumi and his friends return home with many slaves they freed, ready to continue reconstructing their village. Back in Lurolona village, a group of mysterious bandits deployed an attack, hoping to capture slaves that were saved by the infamous Shield Hero. These slaves were being sold at high prices in the black market.

Our hero arrived just in time to save Fohl and Atla, defeating the criminals just in time. The group discovered that the bandits were working for a noble family, which was extremely concerning. Naofumi’s party returned home, only to learn that they will need to travel again, as new information about the Lance Hero, Kitamura, has been discovered.
