While the game features a useful in-game voice chat, many will be uncomfortable to know that this voice chat is actually being recorded for moderation and user safety. However, if you’re one of those that don’t like the thought of being recorded, worry not, for there is a solution we are going to share with you here today.
How To Turn Off Game Voice Chat In Back 4 Blood
To turn voice chat off in Back 4 Blood, simply lower the voice chat volume all the way down in the menu. Not only does this solve the voice chat recording problem but the double voice sound as well if you’re playing with a party. If the volume is up, you’d hear players in your party as well as their in-game voice.
This can, understandably, cause some frustration in many players. Luckily, these tips should resolve your concerns. It’s worth noting that this seems to be the only fix at the moment. Until the developers add in a mute option or feature to the game, this will have to suffice. Although it isn’t actually the official “fix”, it will work for now.
