Nezarec's Whisper God Roll Destiny 2

Destiny 2 Nezarec’s Whisper God Roll: Best Perks for PVP and PVE

Recommended Videos

Season of the Haunted in Destiny 2 has brought us our second Legendary Glaive called Nezarec’s Whisper. This Glaive is an Adaptive Glaive which, as you’d expect, is a well-balanced melee/ranged hybrid. Glaive’s were introduced with The Witch Queen expansion and they work wonderfully as melee hack and slash weapons and mini-rocket launchers. Here is the God Roll Nezarec’s Whisper in Destiny 2.

Nezarec’s Whisper God Roll Destiny 2 PvP

Glaives in general are tough PvP picks, but if you focus on these perks, you’ll have a lot of fun and success with them. First up, we have the Ballistic Tuning and the Swap Mag. The Ballistic Tuning takes some power from the Glaive’s shield, since you never need to use the shield in PvP, and diverts it to a hefty increased range. Swap Mag increases the ready and stow time of the weapon which is great when you want to quickly swipe at someone or send a rocket knife at them whilst in midair.

The remaining two God Roll perks for Nezarec’s Whisper are Impulse Amplifier and Vorpal Weapon. With Impulse Amplifier, you’ll greatly increase your projectile velocity for quicker and more accurate kills while increasing your reload speed. The Vorpal Weapon is a great perk for Nearec’s Whisper in PvP if you want to be a Super Guardian slayer. On top of further increasing the reload speed, the Vorpal Weapon perk gives you increased damage to Guardians with active Supers.

Nezarec’s Whisper God Roll Destiny 2 PvE

Nezarec’s Whisper truly shines in PvE. Lightweight Emitter and Light Mag are the two best starting perks you’ll want to roll for. The Lightweight Emitter perk decreases the shield power again and swaps it for increased handling and reload speed. The Light Mag pairs will with it by adding more to reload speed and a bit to the range.

The last two God Roll perks you’ll want to get are Demolitionist and Adrenaline Junkie. Both of these perks will highlight your grenades quite a bit which is great for the Solar 3.0 Warlock. The Demolitionist perk will give you grenade energy on final blows with Nezarec’s Whisper and activating your grenade will reload the Glaive from reserves. The Adrenaline Junkie perk furthers the grenade synergy by increasing the damage of the Glaive with every kill you get with grenades and the Glaive itself.
