If you pre-ordered Destiny 2: Shadowkeep you’re due some rewards for your patronage. The pre-order rewards for the new season of Destiny 2 are an exotic rocket launcher and ornament for it. The digital deluxe edition also has rewards for you as well, with a ghost shell, emote, and emblem waiting for you.
The Digital Deluxe and Pre-order Bonus items will be in Eris Morn’s inventory
To unlock these items you simply need to play through the opening sequences of Shadowkeep and make it to the section where you meet Eris Morn. Once you’ve met Eris you can visit her as the moon’s NPC vendor. From her vendor screen you will find that you can claim your pre-order rewards and/or digital deluxe rewards.
If you’re expecting both the pre-order and digital deluxe rewards you should have the Two Tailed Fox Rocket Launcher and the Chasing Kitsune Weapon Ornament. Deluxe Rewards will be the Benighted Omen Legendary Emblem, Hearing Whispers Emote, and Eris Morn Shell.
Just make sure that you head to the Moon first when you head back into Destiny 2. From there you will have to fight through a few sequences before you get to a point where you encounter Eris. Eris is located the Sanctuary Landing Zone area. Visit her and she will have the rewards you are looking for.
