Before you set out to perform the collect a record and place in a turntable quest, you will first need to have a chat with the Ariana Grande NPC. The singer can be found in Believer Beach or Sweaty Sands. Once you meet her, she will present you with the questline you need to accept in order to get started. With that out of the way, here is how you can quickly collect a record and place it in a turntable.
The easiest and quick way to complete the challenge is to go back down to the start of the pier. The location is just a few minutes away from where Ariana Grande NPC is in Fortnite Season 8. After reaching the said location, you will need to search for a shop named Cap’n Carp. The shop is left of the pier and if you make your way to the second floor of the shop, you will observe a party deck.
You can hang out and have some fun and once finished; you need to interact with a blue box that contains the records. Then interact with the DJ turntable just beside it. You will hear a song start playing, indicating that you have successfully performed the quest. The location might be flooding with other players trying to complete the quest, so caution is advised.
