Ghost Recon Breakpoint: How to Fill Technique Meter

The Technique Meter in Ghost Recon Breakpoint is the meter that must be filled to use your class ability.  Each class has unique requirements to fill the meter so that you can use your class technique.  Once you’ve got the meter full you’re ready to use the technique and this is the same for each class.  Simply hit the bumper buttons on the Xbox One or PS4 controller to activate the technique.  (RB + LB or R1 + L1)

Assault Class

True Grit – Recoil Reduction and Damage Resistance.  Kills heal and extend duration.

How to Fill Meter

• Kills and damage dealt to drones
• Kills with explosives
• Close Range Kills

Field Medic

Healing Drone – Heals and revives friendly teammates

How to Fill Meter

• Kills and damage dealt to drones
• Revive Teammates
• Kills by Teammates

Panther Class

Cloak & Run – Disappear behind a smoke screen

How to Fill Meter

• Kills and damage dealt to drones
• Kills while in stealth
• Close range kills

Sharpshooter Class

Armor Buster – High-penetration bullets with bonus damage and muzzle velocity

How to Fill Meter

• Kills and damage dealt to drones
• Headshot kills
• Long range kills
