Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles is here, giving players the opportunity to take their favorite characters to battle and to showcase their skills by performing insane combos featuring both basic attacks and a wide array of techniques, in true CyberConnect2 fashion. With that said, the title’s story mode is also one of its main attractions, but how many chapters are there? And how much of the series’ story does the game cover?
How Many Chapters Are in Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles?
Overall, Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles, features 8 chapters + a prologue and covers both the story of the first season of the series anime adaptation and that of its movie, Mugen Train. That said, the chapters are all fairly short and feature, on the most part, both exploration phases and boss-battles, with the game’s sixth and seventh chapters being the exceptions. Each chapter also offers, after completion, a Special Mission, in which you may select a duo to face a Special Demon. Differently from the Story and other solo modes, the missions can be faced in 2 difficulty levels, Normal and Hard. To be able to get all rewards and the Chapter’s highest ranking (S), players must beat the mission in both difficulties.
