How to Get Quartz in V Rising

Recommended Videos

You can’t make much progress in V Rising without the right crafting materials. Having enough quartz to make what you want in V Rising can be quite hard. Quartz is quite easy to overlook and if you are not paying attention you will find yourself needing some without knowing where to go get it. Even though every rock contains a bit of quartz, you are going to need a lot more than what you can just pick up off the ground. Let’s go over where you can get quartz in V Rising and the best places to find it.

How to Get Quartz in V Rising

Unlike Apex Legends’ legend tokens, quartz is not something you will just wind up with as you play. You will have to go a bit out of your way for it. The best way to get quartz consistently is going to be by harvesting nodes for it. You can find three quartz nodes along the western side of Dunley Farmlands and one more quartz node on the southeast side of Dunley Farmlands. You can also find some nodes in the Cursed Forest and Silverlight Hills.

However, Duneley Farmlands and that area of the map will be your best place for finding quartz because you can find quartz while looting through Dawnbreak Village, Mosswick Village, and Dunley Monastery. This means you can make a route to hit all of the nodes in Dunley Farmlands and loot throughout those areas to farm up as much quartz as you want.

You can speed up your farming in the Farmlands by “borrowing” a horse from the locals if you don’t have your own of course. You don’t need to make some farming route if you don’t want to, just make sure you are hitting up the quartz nodes whenever you pass by and you should be just fine on quartz as you play through V Rising.
