Call of Duty Warzone Vanguard Mechagodzilla

How to Get the Mechagodzilla Skin in Warzone & Vanguard

Recommended Videos

Call of Duty: Warzone has received a new crossover event in the form of Operation Monarch, adding Godzilla, Kong, and Mechagodzilla skins and bundles to the in-game store for Warzone and Vanguard players to buy. The event also includes a limited-time Warzone mode that allows players to take control of Godzilla and Kong on Caldera, calling in devastating Titan Killstreaks to eliminate foes anywhere on the island.

Many players have been running around in the Godzilla and Kong skins after purchasing them from the store with COD Points, but some players are having trouble finding the Mechagodzilla bundle. Some players are reporting that it’s not showing up at all, so how do you get Mechagodzilla in Warzone?

Why Isn’t Mechagodzilla Showing Up in the Store?

The Mechagodzilla bundle isn’t showing up the store for some players, but there’s a reason for that. At the time of writing, only the Godzilla and Kong Tracer Pack bundles are available for purchase individually. The Mechagodzilla bundle will likely be added to the store during the second week of the Operation Monarch event. Since Activision likes to hold some cosmetics until the second half of events, expect to see the Mechagodzilla bundle in the store around Wednesday, May 18.

However, there is a way to get the Mechagodzilla bundle in Warzone and Vanguard right now, but it’s an expensive route to take. If you really must have the skin now though, here’s what you need to do to get it.

How to Get Mechagodzilla in Warzone and Vanguard

While you can’t purchase the Mechagodzilla bundle on its own for now, you can get it by buying the other Monsterverse bundles currently available. If you navigate to the Operation Monarch event tab of the main menu, you will see a notification in the top right that reads “Buy Multiple Bundles, Earn Rewards.

This will prompt you to purchase the Godzilla bundle and then the Kong bundle. If you buy both of them, then you will reach a screen where you can purchase the Mechagodzilla bundle. Each pack costs 2400 COD Points ($20), so this strategy will set you back a whopping 7200 COD Points ($60). If you were planning on buying all three bundles anyway, then there’s no harm in doing this strategy. If you just want Mechagodzilla though, it may be a better idea to hold off until it appears in the store normally.

What Rewards Do you Get For Buying Multiple Bundles?

If you go this route and buy all three bundles, you will earn special rewards. Buying two bundles will unlock the Godzilla vs Kong Weapon Sticker and the Superspecies Player Title. Purchasing all three will get you a Legendary Owen Gun Blueprint that can’t be obtained anywhere else.

Call of Duty: Warzone is available now on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
