Coming into NHL 23, you’ll be surprised at the sheer amount of teams that are available to play when you jump in. However, some of them may be hidden unless you know where to search. Being able to jump into the rink against some high-class opponents, or even those from a completely different league is an exciting part of the experience.
However, if you don’t know how to change the leagues that are available and showing, you’re never going to know what else is hiding behind the initial NHL lineup. Let’s dive right in and find out how to switch up the leagues, and what other areas you’ll be able to pick from in this exciting new hockey game!
All Different Leagues In NHL 23
When you first make your way to the Team Selection screen, you may not even notice that there is an option available for you to select a different league than the one that you are currently playing in. However, if you select either the Home or Away team and press the L2 or LT button, you’ll be able to slide through and select from plenty of other players all around the world.
There are currently 22 Leagues available to choose from, and they are as follows:

- NHL ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
- NHL ALUMNI ALL-TIME
With all of these different leagues to choose from, you should have no difficulty finding your favorite team on the roster.
