The fishing shrine puzzle is a roadblock for many Kena: Bridge of Spirits players. While players know they have to restore the fishing shrine, it’s not exactly clear how to do so. Restoring all four shrines is an important part of the game, so you’ll have to solve the fishing shrine puzzle one way or another. Thankfully, it’s not that hard once you know what to do. Here’s how to solve the fishing shrine puzzle and restore the fishing shrine in Kena: Bridge of Spirits.
How to Solve the Fishing Shrine Puzzle in Kena: Bridge of Spirits
You’ll encounter the fishing shrine quite early in Kena: Bridge of Spirits. Restoring the other three shrines in the Forgotten Forest is fairly straightforward, but the fishing shrine requires a bit of work in order to get the Deadzone Heart to appear. To solve this puzzle, you have to use your bow to activate the nearby crystals in the correct order. Facing the shrine, here’s the correct crystal order:
- First, shoot the crystal in front of you to the right
- Second, shoot the crystal behind you to the left
- Third, shoot the crystal behind you to the right
- Fourth, shoot the crystal in front of you to the left
The candles in front of the shrine reveal the right order for the crystals, but it can be tricky to figure that out. If you get the order wrong, enemies will appear. As long as you shoot the four crystals with your bow in that order, the Deadzone Heart will reveal itself. There aren’t any additional enemies to deal with if you solve the puzzle, so just purify it and you can continue onward through the Forgotten Forest.
