Update 01.007.000 has arrived for Madden 22, and here’s the full list of changes and fixes added with this patch.
EA Sports has now released a new patch for the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions of Madden 22 today on October 15th, 2021. It does not appear as if the last generation of consoles have an update today.
If you are wanting to know the file sizes, they aren’t too large. On Xbox Series X/S the file size is only 504 MB. For those of you playing on the PS5, it’s 358 MB.
It does not appear as if this update comes with any new features or content. This update is mainly to address some small bug fixes. You can check out the full patch notes below.
Madden 22 Update 01.007.000 Patch Notes (PS5 and Xbox Series X/S)
- Addressed an issue where players were experiencing crashing when selecting certain formations
- Addressed an issue for Custom Playbooks being used in Online Head-to-Head modes
- Players will no longer be able to Pump Fake on RPO plays to cancel the handoff action between the QB and the Running Back
- Addressed an issue where players would get stuck in pre-play after doing certain Hot Routes quickly
