Red Dead Redemption 2: How Many Chapters and Missions Are There?

Red Dead Redemption 2 is broken up into chapters that tell the story of Arthur Morgan and the Van Der Linde Gang. There are six chapters in the main story as well as a two-part Epilogue. Each chapter and epilogue section are varying lengths depending on how much time is spent doing open world activities and exploration. It’s also worth noting that there are plenty of other missions that are not a part of the story missions and lead to other adventures that are not in the main path of the game.

Chapter 1 – Has 6 mission
Chapter 2 – Has 18 missions
Chapter 3 – Has 17 missions
Chapter 4 – Has 14 missions
Chapter 5 – Has 9 missions
Chapter 6 – Has 18 missions
Epilogue Part 1 – Has 10 missions
Epilogue Part 2 – Has 11 missions

Each story mission in RDR2 can be replayed and each mission will give you the opportunity to perform different challenges within each to try and earn a gold rating. There are also optional story path missions in the game where Arthur Morgan must make decisions on whether or not to help his friends.
