One of the final areas in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is the Divine Realm area that Lord Kuro has been hinting at in your conversations with him.  Once you’ve created the Fountainhead Incense you will finally get an opportunity to visit this area through backtracking to an area that you’ve already been to.  This guide will explain what you need to do to continue after you’ve created the Fountainhead Incense and how to get to the Divine Realm in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.

Where to go after creating incense

Once you’ve crafted the Fountainhead Incense in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice you will then be tasked with going to the Divine Realm.  The Divine Realm can be accessed from the Wedding Cave Door fast travel point where your fought the Corrupted Monk.  In the back of this area you will find a Palaquin which can now be interacted with.  Since you carry the fragrance of the Fountainhead Incense you can now use the Palanquin to travel to the Divine Realm after praying.

After you pray a massive rope creature will come down and scoop you up and take you to the Divine Realm.  Once you get there you will be able to access the Fountainhead Palace fast travel point.
