Battlefield 4: China Rising DLC comes with pre-order

DICE confirmed the official release date for Battlefield 4 earlier today. With all of the next-gen cards on the table, they’ve begun to reveal more details about the shooter as well. Alongside the release date announcement, DICE has also confirmed that the first expansion pack for BF4 will be called “China Rising”.

The Battlefield 4: China Rising pack will come with four multiplayer maps, extra vehicles and weapons. The DLC will be available at launch on October 29th. DICE also confirmed that fans will be getting a lot more news in the coming weeks about the game’s multiplayer content.

E3 will once again be the spot where multiplayer gameplay comes out in full force, and we’ll start getting a clearer picture of the big changes made to Battlefield 4. There will be a live demo of multiplayer at EA’s E3 Press Conference, and hands-on time at the convention. Expect plenty of previews to follow.

Battlefield 4 is set to release on October 29th on the Xbox One, PS4, PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
