During The Game Awards, Visceral Games revealed a new Battlefield: Hardline trailer that focused on the story content.

Story fans will be glad to know that it looks like Visceral Games isn’t skimping on the campaign story element of Hardline. The story looks gritty undercover cop, good. Inspired by TV crime dramas, Hardline puts players into the role of  newly appointed decteive Nick Mendoza with his partner Khai Minh Dao in Miami as it becomes entrenched in a drug war that blurs the lines of the law. Visceral have also mentioned that the campaign promises to be better than previous entries, and it will not be completely linear and will offer choice to players. Check out the trailer below.

Also announced at The Game Awards is another beta phase for Battlefield: Hardline set to take palce sometime before the launch. Battlefield: Hardline releases on March 17th on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
