Team Ninja is warning PC modders that buy Dead or Alive 5 Last Round to keep their creations clean.

Much like 2K Games does with WWE 2K15, PC modders are encouraged not to create anything too inappropriate for Dead or Alive 5 Last Round.

The game’s director, Yohei Shimbori, revealed this during an interview with MCV. He said they have to deal with mod issues “from an IP holder perspective“. Team Ninja hopes that PC gamers play Dead or Alive 5 Last Round with “good moral and manner“.

He warned that if boundaries are broken, Team Ninja won’t be releasing a PC game ever again. If you buy Dead or Alive 5 Last Round on PC, make sure you don’t create a mod that will upset Team Ninja or other people.

Shimbori didn’t reveal what is unacceptable to make in Dead or Alive 5 Last Round. He could be referring to nudity, although other factors could be ruled out as well. 2K Games prevents people from creating Hitler and Chris Benoit in WWE 2K15.

Dead or Alive 5 Last Round isn’t coming out until March 30th for the PC. This might give enough time for fans to ask Team Ninja what they can and cannot create in the game.
