Today (October 12), a new video revealing some more new info about the upcoming games Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon was uploaded. This video confirmed much of the information that was leaked two days ago.

The new video starts off describing some new moves for Necrozma’s new forms Dusk Mane and Dawn Wings. Both forms will be able to learn the new move Photon Geyser. Additionally, each form will have its own new Z-Move. Dusk Mane Necrozma will be able to use Searing Sunraze Smash while Dawn Wings Necrozma will have Menacing Moonraze Maelstrom. Both moves appear to involve taking the opponent into Ultra Space before attacking them. The Pokémon Twitter page later tweeted out some more information about these new forms. Dusk Mane Necrozma’s Attack stat will be higher than Solgaleo’s while Dawn Wings Necrozma’s Special Attack will be higher than Lunala’s. Both forms are classified as Prism Pokémon, just like the original Necrozma, and both have the ability Prism Armor, which reduces the power of super effective moves used against them.

The video also explained new Rotom Dex features. Players can befriend their Rotom Dex by responding to it and doing so will unlock more powers it can potentially use. Once befriending the Rotom Dex, it will use a new feature called Roto Loto, which will provide the player with an item that will allow them to use one of these new powers. These items will have such powers as increasing the amount of experience the player’s Pokémon get from battles, increasing the speed at which Eggs hatch, increasing the amount of prize money the player gets from winning battles and more. Rotom may also allow the player to use a Z-Move more than once per battle.

Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon come out on November 17 for the 3DS.
