Attack of the Fanboy

New This Week in Video Games | Spoiler Alert Heihachi Dies

by Al McCarthy

The long awaited return of Tekken 7 highlights this week’s big game releases, but this week is another that’s chocked full of choices. For virtual reality enthusiasts and Trekkies, Star Trek: Bridge Crew is coming to PlayStation VR, Oculus, and Vive and lets you take control of your very own spaceship with online multiplayer. Perception, a horror game that got a good review from us last week is due out. The Walking Dead: A New Frontier will see its Season Finale, and Battle Royale will finally arrive on Xbox One when the Culling drops into the game preview program.

This week should belong to the Heihachi and company, however. The long wait for the return of Tekken to consoles is just about over as Bandai Namco’s fighter will be on store shelves this Friday.

Want to know before you buy? We’ll have reviews for Star Trek: Bridge Crew, Tekken 7, and The Walking Dead Episode 5 later this week. You can check out our review of Perception, and our preview of The Culling for PC if you’re curious about either of those two games.
