Have you ever wanted to play a kart racing game that features characters from a bunch of old Nickelodeon cartoons? Well, 90s kids rejoice, because that’s exactly what’s coming.

In a recent press release, developer GameMill Entertainment, who have previously worked on Cartoon Network Battle Crashers which saw a number of characters from various Cartoon Network shows fighting it out in a side-scrolling brawler, announced that they are now working on Nickelodeon Kart Racers. The game will include characters from a number of Nickelodeon cartoons, such as SpongeBob SquarePantsTeenage Mutant Ninja TurtlesRugrats and Hey, Arnold! as they race in Mario Kart fashion with power-ups and attacks. All in all, there will be characters from twelve Nickelodeon cartoons included in the game. There will also be 24 Slime-themed tracks, inspired by various locations from the shows, like Bikini Bottom, New York City sewers, the Pickles’ house and Arnold’s school. The game will include local multiplayer co-op and battle modes.

Nickelodeon Kart Racers will cost $39.99 and “will be available on all major consoles,” which theoretically means it’s coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. The press release also states that the game is coming sometime this holiday season, though early GameStop listings claim that the release date is October 23.
