PS4 System Update 1.52 improves stability

The second system update for the PlayStation 4 is now available with revision 1.52. The update which is said to bring the system software for the PS4 better stability.

Sony did not outline what problems this addressed specifically, but it can be now downloaded freely by all PS4 owners. If you’ve got your PS4 set up for automatic downloads, and keep the system in standby mode, it’ll already be downloaded for you on the next time you fire up your system.

Going with this method, our update process took all of about a minute and a half — a remarkable improvement over the PlayStation 3 update process.
