Harmonix has announced that it will release a game called Rock Band VR for the Oculus Rift device. It will make you feel like a real rock star.

Harmonix teamed up with Dragonforce so that they can consult them on what it really feels like going up on stage to do a show. Harmonix wants players to feel like they are really playing a guitar at a concert.

There was a little bit of gameplay footage that was revealed on Rock Band VR. Unlike Guitar Hero Live, the band members and crowd will all be rendered with game graphics.

Rock Band VR has been announced to be released in 2016 along with the Oculus Rift. It sounds like an Oculus Rift exclusive at this stage as they did not announce that it will be out on PlayStation VR either.
