The file size has now been revealed for Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4.
As noted by Saiyan Island, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 is available to pre-order on the PSN in Europe. The PlayStation Store reveals that the file size for the game on PS4 is quite large as it’s 28GB.
The most interesting part about the listing is that down the bottom of the page, it says “Compatible with PlayStation 3“. In J-Stars Victory VS, players were able to transfer PS3 data over to the PS4 version. However, Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 is only available for PS4, Xbox One and OC. Maybe saved data from older Naruto games can be carried over? That, or it’s a mistake.
Normally cel-shaded games don’t have that much data, so this suggests the latest Naruto game packs a lot of content with it being nearly 30GB in size. Not even the likes of Rise of the Tomb Raider and Star Wars Battlefront had file sizes that large.
It’s likely the file size will be the same across all platforms including the PC and Xbox One. It goes without saying that you should save enough space on your hard drives if you plan on buying this game for next year.
