If you haven’t already, the holidays are the perfect time to transition away from last gen consoles and toward the newer ones. Bundles are thrown out during this time that make it easy and cheap to jump to the current gen. Two of the more popular PS4 bundles are getting even better though, with a price drop coming on December 6th that will run until December 19th.

The Star Wars Battlefront Standard Edition PS4 bundle and the Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection PS4 bundle will both be priced at $299 starting this Saturday. “The Force is definitely strong with PlayStation. The Star Wars Battlefront Standard Edition bundle features a 500GB PS4 and a DualShock 4 in Jet Black, the Star Wars Battlefront game, and a digital voucher to download four classic Star Wars games (Super Star Wars, Star Wars: Racer Revenge, Star Wars: Jedi Starfighter, and Star Wars Bounty Hunter). That’s a whole lot of Star Wars in one bundle!”

“If you’re looking for blockbuster action, the Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection PS4 bundle includes the single-player campaigns for Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, as well as a 500GB PS4 and a DualShock 4 in Jet Black.”

Price has been a big factor in this generation of consoles, so it’s interesting to see it go even lower for the currently dominant PS4. The Xbox One won last holiday season’s sales in the US and UK by having a bunch of fantastic bundles at low prices, but it looks like Sony won’t let them repeat that success without a challenge.
