The Shinobi Firecracker Tool is one of the Shinobi Prosthetics that isn’t quite that clear on where to get it.  This tool is a must to get early on in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice if just for making the boss fight with Gyoubu Oniwa a little bit easier.  This guide will explain exactly how to get the Shinobi Firecracker Tool in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.

How to Get The Shinobi Firecracker Prosthetic Tool

First off you’re going to need to grind a little bit of Sen (Gold Coins).  You can get this by killing enemies in the world and then collecting the gold coins.  Be careful though, in the process of grinding this coin if you die you’re going to lose half of your earnings so try to farm gold in the safest areas possible.  You can also use a Mibu Balloon of Wealth to make the coin and gold farming go much quicker.

You’re going to need to farm at least 500 gold coins.  Once you’ve got the coins you can head over to the Crow’s Bed Memorial Mob vendor at the top of the hill in Ashina Outskirts.  You can fast travel there by using the Sculptor’s Idol and then selecting Travel > Ashina Outskirts > Outskirts Wall – Gate Path.  Once you’ve found the vendor you’ll be able to purchase an item called Robert’s Firecrackers for 500 gold.

Once you’ve got the firecrackers in hand you can then return to the Dilapidated Temple to speak with the Sculptor.  Present the Shinobi Prosthetic to the Sculptor and then select “Fit New Prosthetic Tool.”  You’ll now see the option to add the Shinobi Firecracker.

The Shinobi Firecracker briefly blinds foes, and can also affect beast enemies.  Fighting Gyoubu with the Shinobi Firecracker allows you to stun his horse, making him easier to fight.
