One of the Challenges in Fortnite Chapter 2 has players yet again tracking down hidden items in loading screens. More specifically, players will be tracking down the letters that spell Fortnite and the reward for getting them all is a legendary item that has yet to be revealed.
The first hidden letter is “F” and you’ll find it in the Week 1 Loading Screen. If you look at the loading screen you will see the F on the east side of the Lazy Lake area.
You have to complete 8 New World Mission Challenges for the F to appear
The important thing to note here is that you have to actually earn the wallpaper to be able to get the F. If you haven’t completed 8 challenges from the New World section you will not get the loading screen and the F will not show up for you until you do.
Once you have completed the 8 challenges necessary to get the loading screen, simply head to the location in the map and image above and you will be able to collect the F and your extra XP for the Battle Pass.
You actually won’t see it immediately as you are gliding down to this area. You’ll have to approach this exact location for the F to appear and the prompt to search. Perform the search and the F will be yours and the challenge completed.
