The trailer also featured the debut of a new song by Sencit and Lady Blackbird, called “Pitch Black”. You can listen to the song right now on Spotify. You can check out the song here.

In Deathloop players will take on the role of the deadly assassin Colt, who is currently trapped inside timeloop on the mysterious island of Blackreef. Without any idea why and how he ended up there, Colt needs to kill eight specific targets before the time reset to escape the Island and avoid having to be doomed to repeat the same day for eternity. But there is a catch, since his fellow assassin and rival Julianna is also on the island, and she is always eager to send him right back to where he started. With that said, the game features a style similar to its developer’s acclaimed Dishonored franchise, all while introducing new elements to both its combat and its exploration, both of which will be vital parts of the Deathloop experience.

Deathloop is set to launch on September 14th, that’s right, tomorrow. The game will be available exclusively for the PlayStation 5 and PCs, via Steam and on bethesda.net. You can check out our review of the game here, as well as its PC specs here. So, are you ready to take on the targets, avoid death, and help Colt find the answers to how he got there and why as he fights to break the loop in Deathloop?
