Update 1.19 has arrived for MLB The Show 21, and here’s the full list of changes and fixes added with this patch.
Sony San Diego Studio will be releasing a new patch for MLB The Show 21 on October 25th starting at 4pm PT. There will be a small maintenance period for the patch to be installed, although server downtime shouldn’t be for that long.
If you are playing the PS4 version of the game, the update patch number should be 1.19. For those of you playing the game on PS5, your patch number should be 1.019.000. Bear in mind this update will also be available for Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One players too and it’s version 1.0.0.89.
This new update only adds a minor bug fix and no other gameplay changes. You can read the full patch notes posted down below.

ONLINE HEAD TO HEAD
- Fixed a bug that would cause the bullpen menu to become stuck on the offensive user’s screen during head to head games.
There are no hitting or gameplay balance changes in this update.
The server issues that the game was having with patch 1.18 should now be fixed. The info you see above comes from the game’s official website. MLB The Show 21 is out now for the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One platforms.
