Zone of the Enders 1 & 2 will be coming to Xbox 360 and PS3 in 2012 in an HD remake. The mech fighting games which were originally released on the PS2, will be bringing all the charm of the originals with significantly upgraded graphics.
The first look at Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3DS was revealed tonight at Konami's E3 2011 Press Briefing. The game which is headed to the Nintendo 3DS, was announced and shown briefly at last year's E3 reveal of Nintendo's latest handheld.
Metal Gear Solid 2, Metal Gear Sold 3, and Metal Gear Solid: Peacewalker will all be bundled in an HD remake package for the PlayStation 3 & Xbox 360. The collection will release in November 2011.
Konami announced this evening that they will releasing an HD collection for the Silent Hill series. The collection of classic Silent Hill titles will feature Silent 2 & Silent Hill 3, but no details were revealed as far a date for the release of the game.
Most people would agree that the music video game genre is often times an annoying one. Some developers have noticed the cash that can be made from kids wanting to "play" along with their favorite songs while the rest of us are victim to the incessant loop of over-played Aerosmith songs.
The hacker group titled "LulzSec" has come through with their promise to produce even more attacks on Sony. The group has hacked into subsidiary websites belonging to Sony, releasing over a million usernames and passwords.
Since it's release, The Witcher 2 has been very positively reviewed (including from us here), though it has received some negativity as players have noted that the game does not support 4:3 resolutions, creating large black bars during gameplay. For some, this has made the game unplayable as in-game writing is nearly impossible to read.
Final Fantasy XIII-2 will be included in the titles that Square Enix is showing next week at E3. With the announcement, Square Enix has also divulged some of the details about what to expect from the sequel to last years Final Fantasy XIII and the long running franchise.
Sony has released information about the Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception Collector's Edition and pre-order bonuses. The collectors edition of the game will cost $99.
