Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles, CyberConnect2’s new arena fighter, is already here and fans of both the original manga and of his anime adaptation could not be more excited. With that said, the game features a roster filled with many of the big names who already made an appearance in both the first season of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba’s anime adaptation, and in its Movie, Mugen Train.

It is good to point out that Aniplex and CyberConnect2 already revealed that the game will be receiving 6 new characters as part of a series of free post-launch DLCs. With the first ones being the demons Rui and Akaza. It is also good to point out that it is possible that the DLCs many also ofeature characters set to receive more focus in future episodes of the second season of the anime, which debuted on October 10, such as the Sound Hashira, Tengen Uzui. Details regarding the release date and the identity of the 4 mysterious upcoming characters will be revealed by the developers at a later date.
