Tom Clancy’s The Division has now been out over 24 hours and fans are already collecting all kinds of loot to equip or sell in the game, but there are still some rewards that are not as easily accessible, instead needing to be gotten from the Rewards Claim Vendor. As he is important for you to get your special gear, we thought we’d let know know how just how to find him in the game.
The Division has vendors in which you can purchase equipment and weapons to use, which is something you will obviously be doing pretty often as you earn more credits to get better gear.
However, there are also some equipment and other items that you can get otherwise, such as a pre-order bonus or by redeeming within uPlay. As we told you in our Hazmat Suit guide, you will need to find the Rewards Claim Vendor to obtain these items.
To find the Rewards Claim Vendor, you first have to play through the opening portion of the game until you get to your base of operations. Upon getting to this point, walk to the very back of the room and you will see a table setup near a bathroom door with the Rewards Claim Vendor right behind it.
All you have to do now is speak to him and you will be able to get your special rewards. If an item that you know you purchased in uPlay or redeemed prior as a pre-order bonus is not available, it may be a server issue, so just keep checking back. This is the only way to get these items, so make sure to always go here if you want to get any redeemed rewards.
