Update 3.33 has been released for Fortnite and here are all the changes and fixes added with this patch. There have been a number of issues happening with the Fortnite servers as of late and the main thing has been a crashing issue. The servers will stay up thankfully, so this patch won’t take up much space at all and players won’t have to wait the usual amount of time while things get fixed up. The patch will automatically download the next time players start up the game. Here are the patch notes for Update 3.33 of Fortnite.
Fortnite Update 3.33 Patch Notes
- Removes “Auto download High Resolution Textures” option to prevent crashing
- Stability improvements
Not all that much to look at unfortunately, but the issue that was causing the most problems was the High Resolution Texture option and this way, you can do it manually from now on which should fix the crashing issue. The problem came whenever players clicked the Auto Download High Resolution Textures option, so with that removed, it should be smooth sailing. While this isn’t the most exciting update Fortnite has had, we are a week away from a potentially big update with some cool new items and other things for players to get hyped about.
Fortnite has defied the odds to become the biggest game on the planet and continues to have bawdy player numbers by updating the game constantly and providing crossovers and new characters so often that the game usually looks completely different after every couple of months. There are more exciting features around the corner as mounts have been revealed through various leaks, so there might be a faster way to get around the map coming sooner than later.
Fortnite is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android.
