Finding enemies in Ghost Recon Breakpoint is never a difficult thing, so there’s a very good chance you’re going to get shot fairly often in these skirmishes. As a result, healing is going to be very important in the game, so this guide will explain how to use the Syringes to help you survive when you are low on health and don’t have time to properly heal.

Syringes are very handy to have with you in Ghost Recon Breakpoint. And unlike the Bandages that you can use, you do not have an infinite supply of these. Rather, you must restock on these to keep using them.

Using Syringes are very simple, especially when you need a quick healing in battle and don’t have time to use Bandages. First of all, you need to pull up your item wheel by holding down RB on Xbox One, or the respective button on other platforms, and pick the Syringes. This now adds them to your quick select slot that you can access by holding down LB on Xbox One.

By holding this down, you will use one of your syringes to heal yourself and removes some injuries. Considering this is a quick solution, it doesn’t heal you quite as well as the Bandages will, but this is much more doable when you are in a hurry to heal mid-gunfight. If you are looking for a better healing solution outside of battle, make sure to check out our guide on how to use Bandages as well.
